Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility commitment, the measures we take, known limitations and how to give feedback.

Our Commitment

Nex Global LLC, trading as Nex Systems (Nex), wants everyone to be able to use its website and services, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or other disabilities. Compliance work should be open to every professional, and so should the tools that support it.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website nex.systems and to the Nex web application.

1. Standard and Conformance Status

1.1 Standard. Nex aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are also the reference for US Section 508 and many public-sector procurement rules.

1.2 Status. The website and web application are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard. Nex is working to close the gaps and will update this statement as it does.

2. Measures We Take

  • Accessibility is included in our design and development standards, and reviewed before new features are released.
  • We use semantic HTML, clear headings and labels, so that screen readers and other assistive technologies can navigate the pages.
  • Interactive elements can be used with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
  • We aim for sufficient colour contrast, and do not rely on colour alone to convey meaning, for example in risk ratings or match statuses.
  • Images that carry information have text alternatives.
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function.
  • We test with automated accessibility tools and manual checks, and plan an independent accessibility audit.
  • We aim to write in plain, clear language.

3. Known Limitations and Compatibility

3.1 Known limitations. We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet the standard:

  • complex data tables, charts and dashboards may be hard to navigate with some screen readers;
  • some moving content, such as animated banners, may not yet have a pause control in every case;
  • some downloadable documents, such as PDF reports, may not be fully tagged for accessibility; and
  • third-party components, such as embedded videos or maps, may not meet the standard and are outside our full control.

3.2 Compatibility. The website and application are designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, and browser zoom.

4. Feedback, Alternative Formats, Procurement and Contact

4.1 Feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of the website or application, or have a suggestion, please email support@nex.systems with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page or feature, the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five (5) Business Days.

4.2 Alternative formats. If you need information from this website in another format, such as large print or plain text, ask us at the same address and we will do our best to provide it.

4.3 Public-sector buyers. Government bodies and other organisations that need an accessibility conformance report for procurement can request one at support@nex.systems. Nex will provide its current report, in VPAT format where available.

4.4 No contractual commitment. This statement describes Nex's goals and current status. It does not create a warranty or contractual commitment beyond the Nex Systems Terms of Service or an Order Form.

4.5 Review. This statement is reviewed at least annually.
